Pricing

$50/hour, paid per session.

Siblings $40/hour

Cash payments save on additional fees.

We offer personalized scheduling and support.

We will do what we can to accommodate changing schedules and missed sessions, including video makeups.

Clients can change booking times provided a slot is available.

Clients can add as many sessions as are available.

If you wish to make a more permanent change to a different recurring time slot, rather than a one-time change, please email the office.

Rescheduling

There are no refunds for missed sessions, but if you know you will be out, sessions can be rescheduled with 12 hours notice.

If a client cannot make their assigned weekly time slot(s), they should please reschedule for a different session within 7 days after the missed session, proceed with a video makeup, or simply forfeit the missed session.

There are no refunds for vacations, team sports, or other events - please reschedule as needed ahead of time - we will do everything we can to make rescheduling easy for our clients.

Our yearly schedule

We operate year-round as we find that summer tutoring is essential to avoid a backslide and prepare for the academic year to come.

We close on: Halloween, Thanksgiving, the winter holidays, President’s Day, the Thursday before Easter through the Tuesday after Easter, Memorial Day. and Labor Day weekends.

There is a 2-week break in late June and late August.

Payments

Card: Payment is drawn monthly on the 25th of the month for the upcoming month.

Card information is kept on file with Stripe and is encrypted for your protection.

Cash/6mos: There is a 10% discount for bulk month cash payments - please contact us if this is your preference.

We regret that we cannot accept payments by check.

Students should come to sessions equipped to learn

Students must bring their school work, homework, books, assignments, chromebooks (chargers), and any other materials the tutors will need to assist in their learning.

If a student arrives without materials, the tutor will do their best to provide online or physical materials to help the student in their subjects, but a productive session is not guaranteed.
