We offer personalized scheduling and support. We will do what we can to accommodate changing schedules and absences.
Clients can change booking with no advanced notice, provided a slot is available. Clients can add as many sessions as are available for an additional fee. If they wish to make a more permanent change to a different recurring time slot, rather than a one-time change, they should please email the office.
Weekly slots are scheduled *weekly*. We regret that slots cannot be arranged at irregular times within the month. For example, if a client is a member at the 1x a week level, they cannot schedule 4 monthly slots all in one week. Additional slots within the week are available for an additional fee.
Structure:
Parents register their child(ren) for 30-, 60-, 90- or 120-minute sessions depending on the grade of the child and subjects they wish to cover.
Students work with a tutor at a ratio of no higher than a 3:1 with many sessions being 2:1 or 1:1.

Rescheduling
There are no refunds for missed sessions. If a client cannot make their assigned weekly time slot(s), they should please reschedule for a different session within 7 days before or 7 days after the missed session or they forfeit that week’s session. There are no refunds for vacations, team sports, or other events - please reschedule as needed ahead of time - we will do everything we can to make rescheduling easy for our clients.
Our yearly schedule
We operate from September 15th through August 15th. All months memberships are paid on a flat-rate basis and partial-month credit is not offered for months shortened by holidays or years end.
We close on: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Dec 22-Jan 2, President’s Day, the Thursday before Easter through the Tuesday after Easter, Memorial Day. There is a 2-week break in late June and late August.
Payments
Payment is monthly with payments being drawn on the 25th of the month for the upcoming month. There is a 5% cash discount for yearly payments - please contact the office if this is your preference. Card information is kept on file with Stripe for all additional sessions above the package rate.
Students must come to sessions equipped to learn.
Students must bring their school work, homework, books, assignments, chromebooks (chargers), and any other materials the tutors will need to assist in their learning. If a student arrives without materials, the tutor will do their best to provide online or physical materials to help the student in their subjects.
To aid in concentration and prevent distractions, all children must bring noise cancelling headphones or foam earplugs to every session. There are no exceptions allowed. A pair of earplugs will be issued if students do not bring headphones or earplugs.
